Shipping Our Treasures

 

Because we deal with items that have survived decades (and sometimes centuries), we don’t just "toss them in a mailer."

  • Free Shipping via UPS Ground Saver (or paid upgraded Priority) in a heavy-duty box with packing peanuts.

  • We only ship books in padded mailers that are softcover and thin

Returns (The 60-Day Guarantee)

 

We want you to love your find. If your book isn't as "first edition" as you hoped, or your gear isn't humming the right tune, we offer a 60-day return window from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Books: Must be in the same condition as received. No new coffee stains or dog-eared pages, please!

  • Electrical Equipment: Must not have been opened, tampered with, or modified. If you tried to "fix" it and it went pop, we cannot accept the return.

  • Proof of Purchase: Keep your receipt or order confirmation handy.

 

How to Start a Return

Send an email to sales@electricbookaloo.com with your order number.

We’ll provide instructions on where to send your package.

Return Shipping: Unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake (like sending you The Great Gatsby instead of a Voltmeter), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Damaged Items

 

If the mail carrier was a little too "enthusiastic" with your package and it arrives damaged, please take photos of the box and the item immediately and contact us. We’ll make it right.
